  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and project cost control
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
  • Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and financial reports
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Planswift, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Good communication skills for coordination with project teams
  • Prior experience in construction or infrastructure projects is an advantage
  • Experience in loan processing, mortgage support, or financial services (AU market experience is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with Australian lending processes, compliance, and documentation standards
  • Strong understanding of credit assessment and loan application workflows
